I started at a weight of 111kg March 2019 and am now at 82kg Aug 2019.
I was not an easy journey though but I knew I have to get my confidence back… I took it one step at a time, 1 day at a time…. Perseverance and commitment helped me to reach this goal. After taking a break my goal is weight is 70kg I know I can get there.
